Well this was an interesting blog for me to do as I had to download the lastest SL viewer and then learn how to use it before I could actually even begin to try on the skins that I had to blog. The Audrey skin includes tattoo layers to customize the skin. The lip colors come in two versions – gloss and matte. There are two different eyelash options as well. There are also two different cleavage options – subtle and boost. (Undershirt layers of the cleavages are also included). The skins come in brown brows or copper brows and there is an option for freckles or without freckles depending on your taste.

The tattoo layers for the Audrey skin only work with viewer 2.0 and up. SL viewer 2.1 (and up) also supports multiple tattoo layers (as well as clothing) on top of each other. (SL viewer 2.0 only supports 1 layer per bodypart). This “stacking” works like layering of clothing in real life. You wear the layer that goes under everything else first. Then, if you want to wear more layers on the same body part, right click the new layer, choose “add” and it will form the second layer on top of the first one, etc.

Truth’s Trinity released on August 11th has to be one of the most beautiful hairstyles that I’ve seen in SL and I’ve seen many! My inventory is a testament to that! More hair please! I’m wearing Trinity in mahogany in the photo above. Love the way this hair falls in the back and the softness of the style as well as the braid in the back. Simply lovely!

New from Evie’s Closet is the Milli Gown. I am wearing the Wildberry Mousse color. Love the way this gown falls and the circles of color throughout the skirt like lights dappling on the fabric. The bows in the front and back are the perfect finish to a gorgeous gown.

New from Tart is the Amber Dress (shown in silver but also available in black, blue, bronze, camo, faded, gold, pink and purple). The Amber is a minidress with an unzipped neckline and the back and front of the dress are linked together by thin strips of cloth, baring some skin down the sides of your body. A sexy addition to your summertime wardrobe. Thank you to Nessinger Loveless for sending these to me for review.

The hair I am wearing is the Kami style by Truth and is one of the three new releases for August 11th. The Kami has sideswept bangs with a poofed top and the back is pulled together. A very cute style. I’m wearing the Treacle shade streaked with silver to match my dress.

The jewelry I’m wearing is a new release from RH Engel Jewelry and is called the Santa Fe (wearing the silver set). I’ve always loved turquoise jewelry so when I saw this set I knew I had to have it and it also matched my dress quite well.

New from Kyoot is the Halter Bikini which I am showing in black in the photo above. The bikini is available in four colors and comes with sculpty bows and in all layers. A very sexy bikini to add to your summer wardrobe.

Also new from Kyoot is the self evident tank (shown above in pink but also available in beige, teal and white. The necklaces are drawn onto the tank top. A very cute addition to your SL closet and it goes well with your favorite jeans.

And last but not least the Pretty Summer Vest is also new from Kyoot (shown above in blue but also available in green, pink and yellow). The pretty summer vest features a row of ruffles on the bottom and shows off your midriff. Sexy and feminine.

The hair that I am wearing in the above photos are from Truth and were the new releases for August 4th. They are the Penny, Frankie and Tatiana as shown in order in the photos above. The Penny is a short style which also comes streaked. It has become one of my favorite hairs to wear in SL. The Frankie style is also short but with an edgier, spikier style to it and comes with a color-changeable headband. The Tatiana is a long, curly style that falls to one side for a feminine, sexy look.

The skins that I am wearing in the photos above are part of the Audrey skin gift that Tuli set out for her VIP group about a week ago. For a change of pace I thought I’d show you stuff that I’d actually dipped into my SL wallet to buy myself instead of review copies. I found this dress on sale at Tomoto for 50 lindens (the dress is now full-priced at 160 lindens) and the pink flower in my hair was a gacha prize at Tomoto as well (play for 20 lindens). The hair I found at !lamb and simply fell in love with and had to have!
